3. Nature of Services

MRIA acts solely as an independent insurance intermediary, sub-agent, and consultant. MRIA is not an insurance company and does not underwrite, assume, or carry insurance risk.

Insurance products available through this platform are provided by licensed insurance companies and are subject to the terms, conditions, exclusions, limitations, and underwriting criteria of the respective insurer.

The insurance contract is concluded between the customer and the insurer.

4. Eligibility

By using this website, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age.
  • You have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
  • All information provided is true, accurate, complete, and up to date.
  • You are authorized to provide information on behalf of any person included in an application.

5. Insurance Quotations

Any quotation generated through this platform is based solely on the information supplied by the customer.

Insurance premiums, eligibility, coverage, and policy terms may change if:

  • information provided is inaccurate;
  • information is incomplete;
  • circumstances change before policy issuance;
  • additional underwriting requirements apply.

A quotation does not constitute insurance cover and is not a guarantee of acceptance by the insurer.

6. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all information submitted is:

  • complete;
  • accurate;
  • truthful;
  • not misleading.

Failure to disclose relevant information may result in:

  • rejection of the application;
  • cancellation of the policy;
  • refusal of claims;
  • limitations in coverage.

MRIA accepts no responsibility for losses arising from inaccurate or incomplete information supplied by the customer.

7. Policy Issuance

Insurance cover becomes effective only after:

  • successful payment;
  • insurer acceptance (where applicable);
  • policy issuance by the insurer.

A quotation, application, payment attempt, or confirmation email alone does not constitute insurance coverage unless a policy has been issued.

Policy documents will normally be delivered electronically to the email address provided by the customer.

8. Payments

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers, including JCC Payment Systems and other approved payment service providers.

MRIA does not store full payment card details.

Customers warrant that they are authorized to use the selected payment method.

MRIA reserves the right to suspend or cancel transactions where fraud, unauthorized use, suspicious activity, or payment irregularities are suspected.

9. Electronic Communications

By using this platform, you consent to receiving communications electronically, including:

  • quotations;
  • policy documents;
  • renewal notices;
  • service updates;
  • claims-related communications;
  • compliance notifications.

Electronic communications shall be deemed delivered when sent to the email address provided by the customer.

10. Marketing Communications

Customers may choose to receive marketing communications from MRIA.

Marketing communications will only be sent where the customer has provided explicit consent.

Customers may withdraw their consent at any time by contacting MRIA or using the unsubscribe options provided.

Withdrawal of marketing consent will not affect essential service-related communications.

11. Intellectual Property

All content available on this website, including text, graphics, logos, designs, software, and documentation, is the property of MRIA or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or modified without prior written consent.

  • telecommunications failures;
  • power outages.
